Isabelle Bart is a startup and innovation advisor, international business expert and public speaker who helps founders and innovation-driven organizations turn bold ideas into ventures that last. She is the founder of Impact Innovator, a strategic advisory and fractional-executive practice that has supported more than 150 startups through commercialization, go-to-market execution, fundraising readiness and growth, and she serves as Managing Director for the Academies for Social Entrepreneurship. Isabelle is an Entrepreneur in Residence with UC Riverside's EPIC innovation and entrepreneurship programs, a mentor and curriculum development lead with Braid Theory at the Port of Los Angeles, and a lead regional instructor for the National Science Foundation's I-Corps program at UC Irvine; she also teaches at entrepreneurship centers including Cal State Long Beach, Chapman University and Westcliff University

His work centers on finding opportunities and underwriting them with discipline — pairing rigorous financial modeling with the operating judgment he built across corporate leadership roles before moving into real estate investing full time

Michael Wedaa is a seasoned business consultant and incorporation specialist with over 25 years of experience in entrepreneurship. As the founder of Augmentus Business Solutions, Michael has owned, operated, and sold numerous businesses, advising thousands of small business owners on process optimization, corporate structure, and long-term growth strategies. During the 2008 recession, cities across Southern California hired Michael’s firm to advise businesses within their borders on overcoming the challenges of the “Great Recession.” A respected speaker and author of the best-selling books Corporation and LLC Secrets and Business Rogue, Michael shares insights on incorporation, asset protection, and business tax strategies. He also lectures on business structures at UCLA, empowering aspiring entrepreneurs with essential knowledge for sustainable success. Michael is an avid traveler and has visited more than 100 countries
