Isabelle Bart

Biography

Isabelle Bart is a startup and innovation advisor, international business expert and public speaker who helps founders and innovation-driven organizations turn bold ideas into ventures that last. She is the founder of Impact Innovator, a strategic advisory and fractional-executive practice that has supported more than 150 startups through commercialization, go-to-market execution, fundraising readiness and growth, and she serves as Managing Director for the Academies for Social Entrepreneurship. Isabelle is an Entrepreneur in Residence with UC Riverside's EPIC innovation and entrepreneurship programs, a mentor and curriculum development lead with Braid Theory at the Port of Los Angeles, and a lead regional instructor for the National Science Foundation's I-Corps program at UC Irvine; she also teaches at entrepreneurship centers including Cal State Long Beach, Chapman University and Westcliff University. Previously she was Director of the Small Business Development Center at UC Irvine's Beall Applied Innovation and Executive Director of RevHub OC, where she led operations for a pioneering social impact incubator and accelerator, following more than twenty years of leadership in business planning, marketing strategy and digital transformation across the healthcare and nonprofit sectors. A SQUIRCLE™ certified coach and cancer survivor, she speaks widely on entrepreneurial mindset, abundance and business for good. Isabelle serves on the boards of Child Creativity Lab, Cancer Kinship and Project Access, is a member of the global Catalyst 2030 network advancing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, was named one of Euclid Network's "Top 100 Women in Social Enterprise" in 2023, and received a Tech Coast Venture Network ROCKY™ Founders Choice Award in 2024. She holds an MBA from ESSEC Business School in Paris, France, and works across Southern California with ties to France and Spain.
