Buena Park students unveil a Culture-Fluent mural downtown

Downtown Buena Park gained a vibrant new addition this week as students from Buena Park High School officially unveiled a culture-fluent mural celebrating the city's rich diversity. The new public artwork highlights the contributions and heritage of the community's Korean, Latino, and Filipino populations, adding color and meaning to the downtown district.

The project was a labor of love for local youth, featuring several panels painted over the course of six weekends. A dedicated group of two dozen volunteers came together to execute the design, donating their weekends to bring the collaborative artistic vision to life for the entire city to enjoy.

The newly completed mural now stands as a lasting tribute to the multicultural roots that define Buena Park. Downtown visitors and residents are encouraged to stop by the site to view the artwork, which serves as a point of local pride and a celebration of student creativity.
